She is skilled in empowering teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering best-in-class operations to optimize financial performance. Deborah’s expertise includes FP&A, reporting, and financial modeling, with a focus on streamlining processes through ZBB, AI, and data-driven dashboards. As Head of Finance, she has built lean, disciplined teams that ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financials to support sound business decisions.  Deborah has an MBA from Simmons University.
