Edmund is CFO of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.(NYSE: BR), a $6B global Fintech leader that provides technology solutions that power investing and corporate governance. Previously, Edmund was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for American Express’ largest business unit, Global Consumer Services.

Edmund has held senior financial responsibility for the core business units at American Express as well as both Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney.

Edmund serves on the board of the Hartford Insurance Group (NYSE: HIG) and is a member of the Audit Committee. Edmund is a vocal advocate of lifelong learning and sits on
Clemson University’s President Advisory Board and the Clemson University Foundation Board. He also commits his time to public service, mentoring high school children in New
York and advising the Harlem Education Activities Fund board. Edmund earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and an MBA from The Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania.
