Joseph J. Wolk (Joe) is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Johnson & Johnson where he leads the company’s Finance and Global Services organizations and serves on the Company’s Executive Committee. Joe plays a strategic role in the overall management of the organization and leads the development and execution of the Company’s long-term financial strategy. Additionally, as the financial steward of Johnson & Johnson, Joe’s scope of responsibilities includes driving competitive and profitable growth, generating sustainable cash flow, allocating capital to maximize value creation and managing risk across the entire enterprise. Prior to assuming his role as CFO in 2018, Joe was the Vice President of Investor Relations for Johnson & Johnson. In his 25-year tenure at the Company, Joe has held a variety of senior leadership roles in several sectors and functions. He served as Vice President of Finance for the Innovative Medicine Group, Vice President of Finance for the MedTech Global Supply Chain and Chief Financial Officer of the North America Innovative Medicine Group. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Joseph’s University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
