Kevin Bolen
Principal, Head of AI Transformation, Strategy, and Investments, KPMG
| Kevin Bolen is a Principal in KPMG’s US Advisory practice and serves as the Leader for AI Transformation, Strategic Planning, and Investments. In this role he translates emerging technical and market trends, client and competitive intelligence, and business performance data into a comprehensive multiyear strategy for profitable growth. He oversees KPMG’s efforts to enhance and extend its portfolio of offerings to fully leverage new AI capabilities as well as adoption of these tools for delivery and margin improvement. He also leads KPMG’s Innovation Strategy engagements supporting clients as they work to develop a sustainable culture and system of innovation within their organizations.
Kevin joined KPMG in 2014 where he led the firm’s Strategic Growth Initiatives and Global Market Intelligence programs. His career took a small detour in 2021 when he served as the COO of a biotech investment bank before returning to KPMG in 2022. Prior to KPMG, he spent seven years as a Partner and COO of Innosight advising senior leaders on growth and business model transformation. Kevin also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Lionbridge Technologies, and began his career with IBM spending six years in a variety of consulting, marketing and strategic planning roles. Kevin has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU, and a BBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. |
