Lee Tsukroff currently serves as Thorne’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer leading all aspects of the company’s Accounting, Finance, and Operations functions. Lee has a distinguished track record in the consumer goods sector, driving growth, transformation and change as a financial leader.

Prior to joining Thorne, Lee was CFO at Melissa & Doug, LLC, where he played a key leadership role in driving profitability, scaling the company, and building capabilities leading to two successful sale transactions during his tenure. He was also CFO of Newell Brands Home Solutions business before moving to the private sector.

Additionally, Lee held several positions at Unilever in Finance and Supply Chain, which helped him hone his cross-company Leadership. As CFO for the North American Ice Cream division, he helped the business sharpen its strategy and focus on margin which led to strong results. He further grew his global finance expertise while he took on assignment in Switzerland.

Lee holds a BS in Finance, from the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business, and an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Lee is committed to an active lifestyle with his wife and two sons.
