Noël Brown is a Managing Director and Head of Biotechnology Investment Banking at UBS in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Noël is responsible for leadership of the biotechnology franchise, providing strategic and corporate finance advice to both public and private biotechnology companies. He has advised on more than $26 billion of transactions over more than two decades in the securities industry, including acting as bookrunner on one of the largest biotech IPOs in history. He currently serves on the National Board of Trustees for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Noël holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Business, a J.D. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and a B.A. from Western University, where as a neuro-oncology research associate he co-authored research published in the Journal of Neurosurgery.
