Tiziana Figliolia is Chief Financial Officer of Hootsuite, the global leader in social media management. She is responsible for Hootsuite’s finance organization and leads the company’s accounting, FP&A functions, IR, tax, and treasury functions. She is a C-level finance executive and board member with 25 years of experience in the technology industry leading a wide range of strategic, financial and
operational functions at billion-dollar global publicly traded and pre-revenue startup companies operating across a multitude of industries. She is known as an innovative leader in transformational strategies and for execution in fast-paced matrixed environments, with
a proven record of helping companies achieve growth and maintain competitive advantage.
Prior to joining Hootsuite, Ms. Figliolia was the Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at InterDigital Inc. She was brought in post-acquisition integration of a division that doubled the size of the company. She led the areas of corporate financial planning and analysis, decision support, treasury and risk management, and investor relations. In addition, she created and led the company ESG global sustainability program.
Ms. Figliolia also served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations for PTC Inc. in Shanghai, China, as well as Senior Director Business Strategy and Operations, Asia Pacific at Autodesk Inc. also in Shanghai.
She was a member of the Board of the InterDigital Foundation, and is Co-Founder, Board Member and Treasurer for Full STEAM Forward, Inc., as well as a Board Advisor to the International Professional Women’s Society (IPWS). She earned an MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles and Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics and Accounting from Universita’ Cattolica, Italy. She is fluent in English and Italian as well as conversational in French and basic Mandarin.
